Symptoms Of Mold Exposure

Mold spores and mycotoxins can cause allergies and respiratory problems in humans.  In large mold infestations these can cause serious health risks.  Symptoms of mold exposure can include allergic reactions and, in severe cases, flu like symptoms, headaches, respiratory distress and skin rash.

The more severe infestations of mycotoxins and toxic mold can cause acute symptoms requiring medical intervention.  Some varieties of black toxic mold have been known to cause death and care should be taken to avoid breathing or ingesting mold spores or particles.
